ADAA has many great resources such as find a therapist, guide to treatment self tests, and support groups listed by state.

2) Anxieties.com — anxieties.com
This is a self-help website.  They have free self-help programs, workshops for professionals, self-help publications as well as a self-assessment test. The test can be especially useful if you feel you have social anxiety, but are not certain.

3) AnxietyCoach.com — anxietycoach.com.
This site offers free self-help information, a workbook for sufferers of panic attacks and phobias, and a free e-mail newsletter.

4) The Adventures of Anxiety Girl — theanxietygirl.blogspot.com
This is a very professionally done blog about all things anxiety.  It is written by a mother in a very human manner.

5) the Anxiety Panic Internet resource — www.algy.com/anxiety
The Anxiety Panic Internet resource is the Internets first self-help resource for those with anxiety disorders.  They have active forums and live chat.  They also have descriptions of the various anxiety disorders, including social anxiety disorder.

6) Usenet – alt.recovery.panic-anxiety, alt.support.anxiety-panic, alt.support.anxiety-panic.moderated
USENET can be a very informative and fulfilling resource.  For those who do not know what USENET is or how to utilize it, you can go to www.how-to-usenet.com for instructions.  Basically, USENET is like an open forum.  On a non-moderated newsgroup, anyone can post anything.  A moderated newsgroup is overseen by a person or persons who pick and choose which submissions to post.
